Our spacious 40 m² apartment, ideally located facing Tresmeur Beach, offers you an incredible sea view with its balcony directly overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy stunning panoramas at any time of the day.
"Costaeres" includes a comfortable bedroom, perfect for accommodating up to 2 people. After a day spent exploring the natural beauties of the region or lounging on the beach, you can relax in our bright living room, equipped with all the necessary comforts. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with local products that you can enjoy while admiring the sunset from one of our balconies.
You will also have access to a heated indoor pool all year round (15m x 4m), allowing you to relax regardless of the weather.
A parking space is available, with a charging station for electric vehicles. The residence is secured with the presence of an on-site caretaker, ensuring your peace of mind. Additionally, an elevator is available to facilitate your movements.
