A parking space is available to you, with a charging station for electric vehicles. The residence is secured with the presence of an on-site caretaker, ensuring your peace of mind. With its 2 bedrooms and 20 m² private terrace, it offers a comfortable and functional living space to accommodate a family, friends... The apartment has a bathroom with shower and washer-dryer. The 3 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds) can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils. The bright living room is tastefully furnished and has a television with international channels. Outside, you can enjoy the furnished terrace with garden furniture and the private (heated) swimming pool to cool off on hot days. A private parking space for 1 car is also included. Pets are not allowed. Ideally located near the sea, this holiday apartment is the perfect starting point to discover the beautiful beaches and tourist sites of the Trébeurden region.
