Welcome to "Les Meloines," our magnificent 2-bedroom apartment located in the Philippe-Joppé Center, designed by the renowned architectural firm Wilmotte & Associés. With direct access to Tresmeur Beach and breathtaking sea views, our accommodation is the perfect place for an unforgettable seaside vacation.
Our spacious 70 m2 apartment, ideally situated facing Tresmeur Beach, offers stunning sea views with its three balconies overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking panoramas at any time of the day.
"Les Meloines" comprises two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. The first bedroom features a double bed, ideal for couples, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends traveling together.
After a day spent exploring the natural beauty of the region or lounging on the beach, you can relax in our bright living room, equipped with all the necessary comforts. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with local produce that you can enjoy while admiring the sunset from one of our balconies.
You will also have access to a heated indoor pool all year round (15mx4m), allowing you to relax regardless of the weather.
A parking space is available to you, with a charging station for electric vehicles. The residence is secured with the presence of an on-site caretaker, ensuring your peace of mind. Additionally, an elevator is available to facilitate your movements.
Please note that the new Philippe-Joppé Center will officially open on July 13, 2024. The provided photos are not contractual; some are 3D visuals, while others were taken during the shooting of the model apartment in February 2024, which features an ambiance and furniture identical to those of the "Les Meloines" apartment.
