A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with local produce that you can enjoy while admiring the sunset from one of our balconies. You will also have access to a heated indoor pool all year round (15mx4m), allowing you to relax regardless of the weather. A parking space is available to you, with a charging station for electric vehicles. The residence is secured with the presence of an on-site caretaker, ensuring your peace of mind. Additionally, an elevator is available to facilitate your movements. Please note that the new Philippe-Joppé Center will officially open on July 13, 2024. The 3 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds) can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils. The bright living room is tastefully furnished and has a television with international channels. Outside, you can enjoy the furnished terrace with garden furniture and the private (heated) swimming pool to cool off on hot days. A private parking space for 1 car is also included.
