You will benefit from direct beach access and be within walking distance of renowned restaurants such as Ty Al Lannec and Lan Kerrelec. The residence is also close to the marina and local amenities, offering a variety of activities for all tastes. You can drop your children off at the sailing school just a five-minute walk away and explore the stunning coastal trails, including the GR34 with the Pointe de Bihit as the first hiking spot, starting from the residence.
